How do you guarantee the authenticity of the items?
Every piece offered for sale on Relyk is checked by our partner experts before it is listed. A certificate of authenticity and the item's provenance history are provided with every sale. No item is put up for auction without prior approval.
How often are new items offered for sale?
Relyk offers 2 to 3 carefully selected pieces each week, rather than an endless catalogue. This deliberately limited pace allows us to thoroughly check every item before it goes on sale.
How long does an auction last?
Each auction runs for one full week, giving every member time to follow the price and take part, wherever they are.
Is there a fee to become a member?
Joining the Relyk club is completely free. Simply create an account to access all auctions and keep track of upcoming sales.
How do I pay if I win an auction?
Payment is due as soon as the auction closes, securely online. Once payment is confirmed, your item is dispatched within 72 hours, with tracking and shipping insurance included.
What happens if an item I receive does not match its description?
If the item you receive does not match its description or certificate of authenticity, you have 48 hours after delivery to let us know. We will then investigate and, where appropriate, issue a full refund.
